Bag Packing at M&S

We were invited to M&S to do some bag-packing - we were fund raising 50/50 for the RNIB and for our summer camp at "Norjam 2010". 

From our 3 guide units in Taverham we had 14 girls come along and take part and of course one of our ducks came too !

We raised over £400 and the girls each got £15 towards their camp fees and the RNIB got over £200 - so a good day was had by all !

Pizza Express

As a Christmas treat we all went along to Pizza Express at the Forum in Norwich - sorry to all those other diners - the girls were very excitable and loud - this didn't help when they opened their cracker boxes and found those noisy blower things !!

Wrapping Christmas Presents

I couldn't sleep this morning so I got up early, put the kettle on, made a cup of coffee and set about wrapping the Guides christmas presents with a little help from my ducks.

Tonight we went along to our local pantomime at the village hall -

and we had a great time - OH YES WE DID !

Remembrance Day Parade

Big Gig 2009 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two coaches left Taverham this morning full of very excited Guides and we headed to Wembley Arena for Girlguiding's Big Gig concert.
